Video Conferencing

Video conferencing is built into every meeting to allow boards to meet remotely. Alternatively, you can specify your own custom video or phone conference to use for a meeting

Enabling Custom Video or Phone Conferencing

To use your own 3rd party video or phone conferencing (eg: Zoom, GoTo Meeting, etc...) for your meeting:

1. Log in as an admin user for the organization.

2. Navigate to the meeting page and click Edit next to the title.

3. Find the Meeting Location section, and check the box labeled Custom Conference.

4. Fill in the applicable video and call-in fields below.

5. Save the meeting to enable video conferencing.
